Targets/Benefits

We offer coaching as a development process, in which individuals or teams are helped to improve their performance and to exploit and extend their individual resources.

Coaching in an ideal add-on to training courses. Individual skills acquired in training courses cannot always be purposefully put into practice, particularly when managers and their staff feel under pressure. The reasons here are often behavioural patterns that everyone has acquired throughout their lives and can be attributed to values, experiences and attitudes. Coaching starts at this point.

The coachee is supported in finding possible solutions towards meeting their own targets. By reflecting on concrete daily situations, solutions are developed and assessed. The advantages and disadvantages of the possible solutions are weighed up against each other in played out situations and the coachee decides on the most suitable direction.

Methodology

C
oaching is a structured process that starts with an introductory meeting where coach and caochee get to know each other. This meeting helps to build up trust and set up the framework for the process. During the process, depending on individual targets and challenges, concrete situations are reflected upon and alternative behavioural patterns are developed.

Depending on the respective tasks different methods and intervention techniques are used by the coach. The promotion of clarity, awareness and responsibility stand to the forefront. The whole process is founded on full respect for the coachee; trust in the coach and in his/her competence is a prerequisite.
